WASH BAY Treatment

Vehicle Wash bay Water Treatment System for Reid Stockfeeds
We recently finalised installation and commissioning of a new ClearMaster Truck Wash Bay Treatment System at Reid Stockfeeds Cobden facility in southwest Victoria.
The system was installed adjacent to a pre-installed washdown pad, and feed from a belowground pump station. This compactly designed system was neatly packaged within a dual-sided enclosure, offering easy access to components for routine maintenance.
This ClearMaster system provides a robust 4 Stage treatment process and includes an integrated control panel for automatic operation to a specified pressure washer, in the case providing 4000psi @ 21 litres per minute.
Stage 1 treatment removes suspended solids, free oils, and grease using a coalescing plate separator. Stage 2 removes fine suspended solids at a high rate from water using media filtration, and Stage 3 removes emulsified hydrocarbons from the wastewater using oil adsorbent granules. Finally, the Stage 4 uses a flow paced chlorine dosing system for effluent disinfection, so the fully treated water is suitable for discharge or reuse.

The ClearMaster Vehicle Wash Bay provides great reliability and ease of use, making it ideal for industrial applications. This ClearMaster system is also available within a 20ft or 40ft container, or alternatively provided mounted on a sturdy skid.
