Custom Engineered

We offer custom engineered water treatment plants specifically designed to aid in the pharmaceutical manufacturing process. With precision and operational excellence in mind, all our plants are installed with highly advanced monitoring systems ensuring the at-most quality control.

Plants generally include 316 stainless steel mixing vessels, an advanced heat exchange system, advanced pH correction and chlorine disinfection systems, as well as double bunded HDPE pump stations with 316 S/S column pumps and chemical storage. Plant management is controlled via a Siemens PLC and touch screen, incorporating Endress & Hauser instrumentation.

Elementz Systems are manufactured in Australia in accordance to ISO9001 Manufacturing Standards. All workmanship is completed in accordance with best practice. 

Protex Water also carries ISO certification for 14001 Environmental Management and 45001 for OH&S Management.

Elementz Pharmaceutical Systems are carefully designed to fit within the space requirements of your facility, allowing a faster installation time.

COMMISSIONING

Site commissioning is included in our quoted price. Manuals, Operator check list will be submitted to the contractor or purchaser on deliver.

MAINTENANCE

Maintenance of all Elementz Plants is simplified via the incorporation of the an advanced Plant Automation System, which monitors the systems performance and checks for any anomalies or faults. With full remote monitoring, system levels and operational data can be accessed and managed via any smart device.

Elementz is our branded series of ‘plug and play’ packaged treatment systems, engineered to provide a variety of reuse applications across a range of industries. Engineered by our specialist water treatment team, Elementz systems are designed to last.

We also offer Elementz skid mounted systems for treatment of greywater, blackwater, groundwater, rainwater or stormwater, and are often used in green star rated developments. Read more
