The Elementz Greywater uses a 5 stage treatment train with an optional stage 1, providing biological nutrient reduction, often required where a plant is receiving shower water.
The progressive treatment train includes:
- Biological system with a clarifier for nutrient reduction (optional)
- Pre-Filtration using a 100µm automatic backwashing screen followed by AFM and GAC media filtration
- Ultrafiltration tertiary treatment to remove colour, odour, turbidity, pathogens, etc
- Ultraviolet to provide disinfection
- Chlorine disinfection to provide residual disinfection
The Elementz Series is manufactured in Australia in accordance to ISO9001 Manufacturing Standards. All workmanship is completed in accordance with best practice.
Protex Water also carries ISO certification for 14001 Environmental Management and 45001 for OH&S Management.
INSTALLATION
Our Elementz Systems are completely packaged plants supplied directly to your site. Having been wet tested prior to dispatch, these system can be installed quickly, depending on the location and existing infrastructure on-site.
COMMISSIONING
Site commissioning is included in our quoted price. Manuals, Operator check list will be submitted to the contractor or purchaser on deliver.
MAINTENANCE
Maintenance is simplified when you specify your Elementz Plant with our advanced Activait Automation System, which monitors the systems performance and checks for any anomalies or faults. With full remote monitoring, system levels and operational data can be accessed and managed via any smart device.
Elementz is our branded series of ‘plug and play’ packaged treatment systems, engineered to provide a variety of reuse applications across a range of industries.
