The Hausler GC features a V shaped decantator hopper, with a screw mechanism for sediment extraction. Operation of the Hausler GC is extremely simple but highly effective, as the sediment laden water separates by gravity with the sediment settling to the bottom of the hopper tank.
Sediment is then extracted via the rotating screw mechanism, operating at low-speed to avoid turbulence and to improve efficiency.
