The Hausler RRDS separates the solid from wastewater, transporting and compacting the screenings with a dryness of up to 35%.
The screen zone consists in a drum made of bars, with a cleaning rake that rotates together with the screening conveying spiral. The spiral rotates on the U shape channel with the same mesh size as the spacing between the bars, providing effective screening.
For continuous optimal performance a drum washing system and a rake cleaning system is included. In addition every part of the system is easy to inspect and maintain.
