Powered by steam or hot water, the ECO Dry WW incorporates a horizontal boiling chamber with a saddle jacketed heat exchanger.
The system also features a frontal hatch, allowing inspection and manual extraction of concentrate, with optional automatic screw scraper for continuous concentrate mixing and easy extraction.
The system is managed via a Siemens HMI with colour touch control panel, and designed for 24/7 unattended automatic operation.
