Elementz UF plants provide an effective and reliable treatment of wastewater purified to a level for safe water for reuse applications. The large capacity, automatic back-flushing inlet media filter protects the membranes and allows for varying inlet water quality. Ultrafiltration is also an ideal pre-treatment to reverse osmosis systems.
Wastewater recycling
Municipal wastewater is typically around 99% water. With modern treatment techniques, clean water can be extracted and purified to a level which is safe for use in a multitude
of non-drinking water applications.
Elementz UF wastewater package plants have been designed to accept treated effluent from a conventional wastewater treatment plant and to purify the extracted water to a high level, suitable for a variety of reuse applications.
Membrane filtration for wastewater polishing
Membrane filtration has become the key tertiary treatment process used in water for reuse systems. An ultrafiltration membrane system provides a positive barrier screen which eliminates all bacteria and most viruses.
Further treatment stages are often added for multiple barrier protection including UV sterilization, chlorine disinfection and reverse osmosis.
The Elementz Series is manufactured in Australia in accordance to ISO9001 Manufacturing Standards. All workmanship is completed in accordance with best practice.
Protex Water also carries ISO certification for 14001 Environmental Management and 45001 for OH&S Management.
INSTALLATION
Our Elementz Systems are completely packaged plants supplied directly to your site. Having been wet tested prior to dispatch, these system can be installed quickly, depending on the location and existing infrastructure on-site.
COMMISSIONING
Site commissioning is included in our quoted price. Manuals, Operator check list will be submitted to the contractor or purchaser on deliver.
MAINTENANCE
Maintenance is simplified when you specify your Elementz Plant with our advanced Activait Automation System, which monitors the systems performance and checks for any anomalies or faults. With full remote monitoring, system levels and operational data can be accessed and managed via any smart device.
