Rainwater Reuse Filtration Plant

Rainwater Reuse Plant For Major Logistics Hub

Working closely with premier builder Hacer Group, we were contracted to deliver a Elementz Rainwater Reuse Filtration Plant for a new Mainfreight warehousing and freight facility in Dandenong South, Melbourne.

The new facility covers around 120,000sqm and includes warehouse, container rated hard stand, and commercial offices. The Elementz Plant is designed to provide 1 litre per second of treated water, sufficient for the facility needs

Built on an easy-to-handle compact skid at 4.1 x 1.8 x 2.5m (LxWxH), the ElementzRainwater Reuse Filtration Plant uses 3-stage filtration for the removal of particles and sediment, taste colour and odour, and Ultrafiltration for final polishing. In addition, the plant employs UV Disinfection and Chlorine Dosing to eliminate any unwanted bacteria and viruses.

The system monitors the water quality using state-of-the-art instrumentation and adjusts accordingly to ensure the defined water output standards are maintained.

The system can also be manually managed via the integrated Control Panel with a large colour HMI touch screen interface, or via remote monitoring, allowing plant management 24/7 using a network enabled smart device.
