Class A Sewage Treatment For Atlas Iron
AKS were contracted to design, manufacture and commission an Elementz Class A (STP), sewage treatment plant, for an Atlas Iron accommodation village in the Pilbara region.
The treatment plant uses a MLE process, and is designed to treat 105 kL/d of raw sewage to Class A standard. The system treatment train also uses a 2 mm punched hole rotary drum screen, fine bubble diffusers and flat sheet membranes.
Due to the remote location, the Elementz Sewage system was installed with advanced remote monitoring and control, taking the hassle out of operational management and maintenance.
Our packaged Elementz design allows factory testing prior to dispatch, enabling the system to be craned in place for faster installation and commissioning.
