Bespoke Water Treatment Plant for Major Processing Plant
We’ve designed and manufactured a bespoke Water Treatment Plant for Fletcher International’s major processing facility based in Dubbo, New South Wales.
The system is designed to treat up to 4.3 ML/day of incoming water from an upstream river source. The plant consists of a twin train system with Lamella Clarifier pretreatment, Ultrafiltration (UF), and Reverse Osmosis (RO). This is followed by a single train RO Concentrate Recycling for additional water recovery, chemical dosing facility and treated water tanks.
The system is pre-programmed, self-monitoring and adjusting for optimum performance. Full remote monitoring is also enabled, providing operational data and control through a user-friendly interface.
