We were asked to design, manufacture and commission a water treatment plant for the processing of Kava Drink in Vanuatu. Source water is to be drawn from multiple bore wells for treatment by the Elementz multi-stage WTP. Treatment stages include AFM Media Filters, Bag Filters, Chemical Dosing Station, RO System, Calcite Contactor (pH Stabilisation and mineralising), Chlorination, Potable Pumps Recirc System, Potable water quality monitoring, Potable Water Distribution Pumps, and a CIP system for RO.
Designed in two separate treatment trains, built in two air-conditioned 40′ containers providing a maximum flow rate of 250 kL/day. Fully tested at our Victorian based Factory, the plant is delivered to site ready for easy installation and commissioning.
The system can be operated remotely or via the inbuilt colour touch screen, providing an on-screen visual representation of the plant HMI, showing plant status, critical flows and instrument readings.
